When you put a GoPro on, it’s the camera that counts
Posted September 12, 2018 05:32:18 If you’re looking to get your hands on the latest in video game technology, you can now find it at one of the world’s largest gaming retailers, Amazon.com.
Amazon.co.uk will be selling a set of three “Prada Ski” goggles from Prada, a luxury eyewear company, in the U.S. on September 17.
The goggles, which cost $350 each, are the company’s first VR goggles to hit the market.
They’re designed for VR headsets that run on a platform called “VR Headset” that Amazon has developed specifically for the product.
Prada, which sells a wide range of VR headsets, including Oculus Rift and HTC Vive, says the goggles are built with “high-end technology” and “the most advanced VR headset platform ever built for gaming.”
It says the glasses, which are available for preorder through Amazon, will launch later this month.
Pradas Ski goggles, pictured, are designed for virtual reality (VR) headsets that can be connected to a PC for video playback.
The company says they are built using the most advanced technology in the gaming industry.
The Prada Ski goggles are the first VR headset that Amazon is selling in the United States.
The goggles are currently available for $350 in their retail box.
The headset will be available in “prada” colors, though the company says that color will be subject to change at some point.
Prades ski goggles are not the first virtual reality goggles to make it to the United Kingdom.
Earlier this month, a Kickstarter campaign called “VroomVroom VR” raised more than $8 million for an Oculus Rift prototype that had been designed by Oculus founder Palmer Luckey.
That campaign was later shut down.
